The BXHF1075 from Spectrum Control is a Millimeterwave Amplifier that operates from 43 to 44 GHz with both high efficiency, and extreme stability. It has a gain of 30 dB, a return loss of 13 dB, provides an output power of 17 dBm and requires a 15 V supply. It also incorporates an internal voltage regulator to accommodate either +12 volts or +15 volts. The amplifier can be used for demanding military applications and high-end commercial applications such as microwave synthesizers, receivers, millimeter-wave telemetry systems, uplink communication platforms, instrumentation, and military communication systems. The BXHF1075 is available in a hermetic seal laser welded package with 2.4 mm connectors and can withstand even the most extreme environmental conditions, and is configurable for most military airborne and ground based applications.
