The ADM-8006PSM from Marki Microwave is a Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) that operates from 2 to 30 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 23 dBm with a small signal gain of 23 dB and has a noise figure of 2.7 dB. This high-linearity LNA requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 259 mA of current. It requires no negative bias or bias sequencing and no external bias tee. When driven with an input power of 0 to +5 dBm, this amplifier can provide sufficient LO drive to power all H and most S diode mixers to 30 GHz. It is available in a QFN package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is ideal for use in mobile test and measurement equipment, radar, SATCOM, 5G transceivers and driver amplifiers for H and S diode mixers.
