The TSS2-53LNB+ from Mini-Circuits is a Low Noise Amplifier MMIC that operates from 500 to 5000 MHz. It provides a gain of up to 21.7 dB with a noise figure of less than 1.3 dB and has an output P1dB of 19 dBm. This LNA is manufactured using E-pHEMT technology and offers a wide dynamic range over a broad frequency range. It has integrated switches enabling users to bypass the amplifier during high signal conditions. The LNA requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 94 mA of current. It is available in an 8-lead QFN package that measures 2 x 2 mm and is ideal for 5G MIMO, backhaul radio systems, test and measurement equipment, radar, EW, and ECM defense systems applications.
