The ZVA-50953X+ from Mini-Circuits is a Gain Block Amplifier that operates from 45 to 95 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 17 dBm with a gain of more than 12.5 dB. This amplifier includes internal DC-DC conversion circuitry to maintain constant efficiency over the full input voltage range. The gain block is ideal for automotive radar/sensing, 5G FR2 millimeter wave bands, aerospace & defense, and test & measurement applications.
