NT1193FAAE2S Image

The NT1193FAAE2S from Nisshinbo Micro Devices is a low-noise amplifier (LNA) designed for GNSS applications, covering the L1, L2, L5, and L6 bands from 1164 to 1610 MHz. It provides a gain of 21.5 dB with a noise figure of less than 1.1 dB and has a P1dB of -16 dBm. This LNA has an isolation of 30 dB between GNSS frequency bands and provides a return loss of 13 dB at the input and 16 dB at the output side. It requires a DC supply from 1.5 to 3.7 V and consumes less than 8 mA of current. It is available in a surface-mount EPFFP6-FA package that measures 1.10 x 0.70 x 0.37 mm and is ideal for use in GNSS receivers, GNSS modules, tracking devices, and drones.
