The RWS02520-10 from RFHIC is a 43 dBm, GaN-SiC wideband power amplifier which is used for broadcasting, communication systems and other wireless applications. It operates from 20 MHz to 512 MHz, and provides up to 20 W of power (P3dB) with a small signal gain of 41 dB. The amplifier requires a supply of 28 V and draws 1.5 A of current. It is available in a surface mount package.
