The MLIQ-1845 from Marki Microwave is a miniaturized, multi-octave Microlithic IQ mixer with a LO/RF frequency from 18 to 45 GHz and IF frequency from DC to 20 GHz. This mixer offers 9:1 bandwidth in a single package and has exceptional amplitude and phase balance providing excellent image rejection. It has a conversion loss of 8 dB and high LO-RF and LO-IF isolation. The mixer is available in a compact chip style package that measures 0.240 x 0.240 x 0.010 inch.
