The MM1-1886HCSP2 from Marki Microwave is a Passive GaAs Double Balanced Mixer MMIC with an RF/LO frequency from 18 to 86 GHz and an IF frequency from DC to 27 GHz. It has a conversion loss of 14 dB and can handle an input power of +15 dBm. This mixer provides an LO-to-RF isolation of 40 dB, an LO-to-IF isolation of 30 dB, and an RF-to-IF isolation of 40 dB. It utilizes GaAs MMIC technology that is suitable for both up-conversion and down-conversion applications.  

This RoHS-compliant mixer is available in a surface-mount package that measures 2.5 x 2.5 mm and is ideal for mmWave frequency conversion, fixed RF upconverters, and test and measurement equipment applications. It has an EAR99 export classification.
