The PE43705 is a 7 Bit Digital Step Attenuator that operates from 50 MHz to 8 GHz based on Peregrine UltraCMOS technology. It has an attenuation range of 31.75 dB with step sizes of 0.25 dB, 0.5 dB and 1 dB. This attenuator can handle up to 31 dBm of pulsed power and 28 dBm of CW power at 8 GHz. It has a control voltage of 1.8 V and can be programmed via direct parallel, latched parallel, serial and serial addressable modes. The PE43705 is available in a 32-lead 5x5 mm QFN package and requires no external blocking capacitors on the RF ports.
