The DTA-1G18G-60-7-CD-1-HERM from PMI is a 7-Bit non-reflective programmable PIN diode attenuator that operates from 1 to 18 GHz. It has an attenuation range of 60 dB with a step resolution of 0.5 dB. The attenuator has an insertion loss of less than 5 dB, a switching speed of 1 us, and can handle an average input power of up to 1 W. It operates from a single 15 VDC supply and draws under 150 mA of current. This attenuator is available in a module that measures 2.0 x 2.79 x 0.66 inches with two SMA (F) & 15 Pin Micro-D Female connectors.
