The M10X Series from EMresearch is a 10x frequency multiplier that upconverts an input frequency from 10 MHz to an output frequancy of 100 MHz. The multiplier has a conversion gain of 3 dB and can handle an input power of up to 10 dBm. It operates over a supply voltage of 3.3 V or 5 V DC while consuming under 150 mA of current. The multiplier is available in a module that measures 1.3 x 1.1 x 0.4 inches with SMA connectors.
