The DS1000Z-E Series from Rigol Technologies are 2-Channel Digital Oscilloscopes with analog channel bandwidths of 100 and 200 MHz. They can perform real-time waveform recording at a sample rate of up to 1 GSa/s and have a waveform capture rate of up to 30k wfms/s. The oscilloscopes have a resolution of up to 12-bits and can perform various waveform math functions, FFTs, and frequency filtering. They feature hardware real-time waveform recording & playback functions for replay and analysis of faults. These oscilloscopes utilize the UltraVision technology and have a storage depth of up to 24 Mpts to record details of waveforms at the highest sampling rate for a longer period of time.
The DS1000Z-E Series have a USB, LAN (LXI), and AUX interface with a variety of trigger functions including RS232/UART, I2C, SPI triggers. They are available in rack-mountable enclosures that measure 313.1 x 160.8 x 122.4 mm with 7-inch WVGA (800 x 480) TFT display. These oscilloscopes are ideal for the designing, debugging, and educational requirements of mainstream digital oscilloscope applications.
