The SKY72310-362LF from Skyworks is a fractional-N frequency synthesizer that operates up to 2.1 GHz. It provides ultra-fine frequency resolution of less than 100 Hz with fast switching speeds, and low phase-noise performance. The synthesizer can be used in very narrowband wireless applications and has high internal reference frequency that enables large loop bandwidth implementations. It can be used in 3G wireless infrastructure, receivers, instrumentation and other general purpose RF systems. It is available in 24-pin QFN package (4 x 4 mm).
