The PN9000 from Noise XT is a simple and fast automatic Phase Noise Test System that operates from 2 MHz to 26.5 GHz (with options available up to 140 GHz). It has an offset analysis range of 0.001 to 40 MHz or 500 MHz with an accuracy of under +/-5 dB. Its modular architecture allows optimum configuration, multiple measurement techniques and future growth in a NIST tested instrument. This analyzer can be used to measure both CW and Pulsed signals. It can make Residual/Additive Phase noise measurements and Absolute Phase or Amplitude noise measurements. It is available in a rackmount unit that measures 13.3 x 38.5 x 57.5 cm.
