The M9416A from Keysight Technologies is a PXI Vector Signal Transceiver that operates from 380 MHz to 6/8/12 GHz. It consists of a vector signal generator (VSG) and a vector signal analyzer (VSA) in a 4-slot PXIe module. This transceiver uses the N9065EM1E sequence analyzer measurement application to accelerate the measurement speed of the VSA. It delivers an output power from -120 dBm to +20 dBm and has an amplitude accuracy better than ±0.5 dB for both the generator and analyzer with an EVM of less than 0.3% for accurate 5G testing.
