The ATA8203 from Atmel is a multi-chip PLL receiver that operates from 312.5 to 317.5 MHz for ASK or FSK data transmission. It has been specially developed for the demands of RF low-cost data transmission systems with data rates from 1Kbit/s to 10Kbit/s in Manchester or Bi-phase code. This receiver has a fully integrated LC-VCO and PLL loop filter. It has an image rejection of 30 dB and a P1dB of -33.7 dBm. The is available in a SSO20 package and is ideal for keyless entry systems, monitoring systems, telemetering and remote control applications.
