The ISM4343-WBM-L151 from Inventek Systems is a 2.4 GHz 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2 RF Module. The module can be used in low cost wireless embedded applications and enables a quick, easy, and cost-effective method adding Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity to these platforms. It provides an output power of 17 dBm and has a receiver sensitivity of -97.9 dBm. The module requires a 3.6V DC supply with a current consumption of 35 mA when transmitting and 16 mA when receiving. It transmits a data rate up to 150Mbps and supports QPSK, OFDM, and GFSK modulation techniques.

The module is available in an SMT package that measures 10 x 10 mm and are FCC and CE certified. It is based on the STM32F412 Cortex MCU with 1 MB flash and 265 Kb SRAM. The module also supports USART, I2C, GPIO, I2S, and SPI interfaces with a dedicated 12-bit ADC and 32-bit Timer.
