The FMLR STM SX1272 from Micromico is a LoRa and LoRaWAN IoT Module that operates from 860 to 1020 MHz covering the ISM bands. It has a line-of-sight range of up to 100 km. This module has a Tx power of up to 19.5 dBm and an Rx sensitivity of -137 dBm. It is based on Semtech’s SX1272 transceiver and has an integrated ARM Cortex-M0+ 32 MHz micro-controller, 192 kB flash memory and 20 kB RAM. The module supports LoRa, (G)FSK, (G)MSK, ASK and OOK modulation schemes. It requires a DC supply of 1.9-3.6 V, consumes less than 125 mA of current in Tx mode and 11.4 mA of current in Rx mode.

The FMLR STM SX1272 can be controlled via GPIO, I2C, SPI, USB and UART interfaces. It has an optional external flash, TCXO & U.FL connector. This module is available in a package that measures 14 x 19 x 2 mm and is ideal for long-range, low data rate IoT sensors, asset tracking & monitoring, smart agriculture, farming and city applications.
