The Type 2HK from Murata is a Wi-Fi HaLow 802.11ah Module that operates from 902 to 928 MHz. This module uses Wi-Fi HaLow technology to provide a data rate of up to 15 Mbps at distances of more than 2 km. It has a Tx power of +23 dBm and a bandwidth of 1, 2 or 4 MHz. This module requires a DC supply of 2.7 to 3.6 V and incorporates advanced power-saving features to significantly reduce power consumption and greatly extend the battery life of connected devices. It can be controlled via SPI, UART, I2C and GPIO interfaces.

This module is available in an SMT metal can package and is ideal for IoT applications like home appliances, home automation, healthcare & wearables, security cameras, enterprise applications, agriculture, building automation, industrial automation, drones and robotics, smart city, and access control.

This Wi-Fi HaLow module has a NEWRACOM NRC7394 chipset with an ARM Cortex-M3 processor and fully integrated power amplifiers.
