The OxTech Multi-Connectivity Module from Oxit is a LoRaWAN Module that integrates all the hardware and firmware materials required to connect to the Amazon Sidewalk Network. It supports low-bandwidth and long-range connections to the network leveraging a range of miles using Bluetooth for short distances and LoRa for a longer range (up to 10 miles). The module is ideal for automation sensors, gas and water leak detection, utility metering, and asset tracking applications.
This LoRaWAN module has a Silicon Labs EFR32MG24 Wireless SoC, a 78 MHz processor with 32-bit RAM Cortex-M33 core, 1536 KB of Flash, 256 KB of RAM, a 2.4 GHz transceiver for Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE 5.3) and an SX1262 Sub-GHz transceiver for LoRa and FSK. It requires a DC supply from 1.8 to 3.3 V. It supports network co-processor mode with the application on a host MCU or directly running on the module. This module and can be controlled via GPIO, UART, SWD (for Jlink), and SPI interfaces.
