The TC35675XBG from Toshiba is a Bluetooth IC that supports both Flash ROM and NFC Forum Type 3 Tag for peer-to-peer communications. It has a receiver sensitivity of -92.5 dBm and low power consumption of less than 6 mA at peak consumption and less than 100 nA in deep sleep at 3.3 V. Its NFC Tag realizes easy Bluetooth peer-to-peer paring and easy power on/off functions simply by touching another NFC supported mobile device. The built-in 192 KB Flash ROM eliminates any need for an external EEPROM and reduces external part counts and PCB size. It is designed for wearable electronics, medical devices, mobile accessories, remote controls and toys.
