The TC35676FTG/FSG is a Bluetooth Low Energy (LE) IC that supports ver.4.1 communications. It has a receiver sensitivity of -92.5 dBm and low power consumption of less than 6 mA at peak consumption and less than 100 nA in deep sleep at 3.3 V. It has a 64KB user program area, achieved by increasing the internal SRAM size that allows its internal ARM processor to execute various kinds of application programs. The built-in 192 KB Flash ROM eliminates any need for an external EEPROM and reduces external part counts and PCB size. It is designed for wearable electronics, medical devices, mobile accessories, remote controls and toys.
