The PXIe-5663 from National Instruments is a PXI Vector Signal Analyzer that operates from 10 MHz to 6.6 GHz with an instantenous bandwidth of 50 MHz. It is ideal for the challenging requirements of applications such as wireless communications, radio frequency integrated circuit characterization, RADAR test, and spectrum monitoring and signal intelligence. The analyzer has a dynamic range of 80 dB with a noise level of less than -158 dBm/Hz at 1 GHz and a tuning resolution of 533 nHz. It can be used either as a spectrum analyzer or a vector signal analyzer, and can be used with the Modulation Toolkit to analyze custom and standard modulation formats. This analyzer can perform measurements for a broad range of communications standards such as GSM, EDGE, WCDMA, WiMAX, LTE, Bluetooth, WLAN, DVB-C/H/T, ATSC, and MediaFLO.
