The FSMR3000 from Rohde & Schwarz is a Microwave Measurement Receiver that operates from 2 Hz to 8/26.5/50 GHz. It has been developed to calibrate signal generators and attenuators. The receiver provides tuned RF level measurements, level measurements, analog/frequency/phase modulations, and spectrum analysis. This calibration/verification device can measure power levels from –152 to 30 dBm and has a sensitivity of -120 dBm. It has a full-featured signal and spectrum analyzer that provides analysis of pulses and VOR/ILS signals within a bandwidth of 80 MHz. The device also has a phase noise analyzer that performs cross-correlation with a typical phase noise sensitivity of -163 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset, for an input frequency of 1 GHz.
The FSMR3000 requires an AC supply of 100-240 V at 50-60/100 Hz and consumes less than 300 W of power. It is available in a compact enclosure that measures 462 x 240 x 504 mm with a 12.1" WXGA color touchscreen display, 128 GB internal SSD, and various other I/O interfaces. The device is EMC-qualified for industrial environments with IEC/EN 61326-1 standard compliance.
