The DRS9300X from Wideband Systems is a Digital Recording System that operates from 200 MHz to 6700 MHz covering P Band, L Band, S Band, and C Band spectrum. It has been designed to record two RF signals (typically right-hand polarization and left-hand polarization) directly from the multi-coupler (between the antenna and receiver). The recorder provides up to 200 MHz of signal BW for each channel (signals sampled at 500MSPS). It uses 16-bit A/D and D/A converters and provides more than 80 dB of Automatic Gain Control. This recorder has a modular design that is user-configurable for different RF bands by swapping in/out the appropriate RF Board Sets (interface boards).
Wideband Systems has an S-Band, two L Band board sets and, three C Band board sets. Support for other bands can always be considered upon request.
The DRS9300X can be controlled via a 6.5” touch screen and/or auxiliary KVM remote control via a network-attached PC. It is qualified for the most demanding RF Recording requirements with a storage capacity of up to 24 TB (SSD) and an aggregate data rate of 9600+ Mbps. The recorder is available in an enclosure that measures 5.25 x 19.00 x 23.50 inches and is strictly compliant with the IRIG-106 Chapter 10 standard. It requires an AC supply of 90-132 V and 180-264 V and consumes less than 350 W of power.
