The AWMF-0210 from Anokiwave is an IF Up/Down Converter IC with an RF frequency from 24 to 30 GHz supporting n258, n257, and n261 5G bands. It has a flat wideband IF & RF response and high Rx linearity. This converter includes Tx single-sideband up-conversion and Rx image-reject down-conversion functionality. It has an integrated Tx/Rx half-duplex switch, sideband & image rejection, active Tx/Rx conversion gain, autonomous temperature telemetry & rejection, and on-chip 4x frequency multiplier. This IC can be used with Anokiwave’s beamformer ICs to enable high-performance 5G phased array systems. It is available in an FC-CSP package and is ideal for 3GPP compliant 5G communications arrays and SATCOM transceivers applications.
