LMD-401 Image

The LMD-401 from Circuit Design is a multi-channel transceiver that operates from 458 to 462.5 MHz with a 12.5 kHz programmable channel. It uses half-duplex communication and delivers an RF bit rate of up to 4800 bps. This transceiver has a PLL synthesizer-type transmitter that delivers a Tx power of 10 mW and a double superheterodyne type receiver that provides an Rx sensitivity of -116 dBm. It requires a DC supply of 3.0-5.5 V, consumes 46 mA of current in Tx mode and 36 mA of current in Rx mode.

This FCC Part 90 and IC RSS-119 compliant transceiver supports the F1D (GFSK narrow) modulation scheme. It is available in a module that measures 50 x 30 x 9 mm and is ideal for industrial remote control, remote monitoring, SCADA, security, telemetry, and data acquisition applications.
