The TCM 515Z from EnOcean is a Wireless Transceiver Module for the 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.15.4 radio standard. It provides a transparent radio link between EnOcean 2.4 GHz devices and an external host connected via the standardized ESP3 interface (EnOcean Serial Protocol V3). The module receives and transmits radio telegrams from a whip antenna connected to the host PCB. It has a receiver sensitivity of -95 dBm and transmits an output power of 2 dBm. The module requires a power supply of 3.3 V and consumes 20 mA of current while transmitting and 15 mA of current while receiving. The device is available in a 19 x 14.7 x 3 mm surface-mount package and is certified by RED (Europe), FCC (the US, ISED (Canada)).
