The ST60A3G1 from STMicroelectronics is a 60 GHz V-band Transceiver for Contactless Connectivity. It delivers a short-range data transfer rate of 480 Mbit/s and operates in full-duplex mode. This transceiver has an integrated antenna and a total link budget of 44 dB. It requires a DC supply of 1.8 V and consumes less than 130 mW (Tx) & 110 (Rx) of power. The transceiver can be controlled via eUSB2, UART, GPIO, or I²C interfaces in tunneling mode.
