The KMA140145B05 from KMIC Technology is a Ku-Band SSPA that operates from 14 to 14.5 GHz. It delivers an output power of more than 38 dBm (~6 W) with a minimum gain of 40 dB. This SSPA is based on GaN technology, requires a DC supply from 36 to 70 V (15 -24 V option available) and consumes less than 40 W of power. It has spurious levels of -60 dBc (in-band) and -50 dBc (out-of-band). The amplifier is available in a module that measures 150 x 130 x 55 mm and is ideal for VSAT and SATCOM applications.
