The AP5002A from Keysight Technologies is a Portable Analog Signal Generator that operates from 9 kHz to 12/20/26 GHz. It is designed to accelerate the testing and characterization of electronic or wireless modules either on-site or where the devices are located. This compact signal generator delivers an output power from -120 dBm to +23 dBm and has a frequency step size of 0.001 Hz.
