Model 875 Image

The 875 Series of RF / Microwave Signal Generators from Berkeley Nucleonics operate from 10 MHz up to 40 GHz with 0.001 Hz resolution. They have a switching speed of 200ns, enable ultrafast CW frequency sweeps, chirping, intra-pulse modulation and pulse shaping with very a low phase noise of -144 dBc/Hz at 20 kHz offset. A high performance internal I/Q modulator enables customized modulation waveforms and supports dedicated modulation schemes such as avionics modulations.

The Signal Generators are available in a compact unit that measures 173.6 x 291.7 x 116.9 mm and allows full front panel control via touch panel display. These signal generators are ideal for radar signal simulation, receiver testing, high-speed antenna testing and avionic modulation emulation applications.
