The SG03-840002 from ETL Systems is a Miniature Signal Generator that operates from 25 to 3000 MHz covering L, S and C frequency bands. It delivers an output power of –17 dBm to +13 dBm in 0.5 dB steps and has a frequency step size of 100 Hz. This signal generator has spurious levels of less than -70 dBc and harmonics of -25 dBc with a phase noise of less than -112 dBc/Hz (@100 KHz offset). It requires a DC supply of 9 to 28 V and consumes 300 mA of current.
This signal generator can also be powered via a USB 3.0 interface consuming 860 mA (5 V) of current. It can be controlled via USB, RS-232 and Ethernet RJ45 interfaces. This signal generator is available in a compact package that measures 163 x 103 x 30.5 mm and has an SMA female connector for RF output.
