The SIG-20 from Mercury Systems is a CW Signal Generator that operates from 100 MHz to 20 GHz in 1 Hz steps. It can generate a signal with an output power of 13 dBm and a phase noise of less than -134 dBc/Hz (@ 2.5 GHz output and 1 MHz offset). The generator has a switching speed of 200 ms. This benchtop device is available as a 2U, 1/2 rack with an SMA (F) connector. In addition to the front panel controls, this frequency generator offers Ethernet and USB interfaces.
