The SSG5000A Series from SIGLENT are Signal Generators that operate from 9 kHz to 13.6/20 GHz. They have a frequency resolution of 0.01 Hz and a phase noise of -120 dBc/Hz @ 1 GHz, 20 kHz offset. These generators support AM/FM/PM modulation, pulse modulation, pulse sequence generation, power meter control and other functions. They have a standard OCXO reference hardware module to ensure high-precision and high stability signal output. For faster testing, the SSG5000A series also provides both frequency and level sweep functions. These signal generators are designed for communication, aerospace, national defense applications and are also suitable for R&D and production.
The SSG5000A series signal generators have a 5-inch TFT capacitive touch screen display with support for a mouse and keyboard. They include standard interfaces like USB, LAN (VXI-11, Socket, Telnet) with optional GPIB and can be remote controlled via a PC and mobile terminals. These generators are available as benchtop units that measure 338 x 113 x 369 mm and have 2.92 mm (female) output connectors. They require an AC supply from 100 to 240 V and consume 70 W of power.
