The ADRF5345 from Analog Devices is a Reflective Single-pole Four-throw (SP4T) Switch that operates from 1.8 to 3.8 GHz. It can handle a CW input power of 8 W, has an insertion loss of 0.4 dB, and provides an isolation of 32 dB. The switch has a rise/fall time of 120 µs and an ON/OFF time of 140 µs. It has an integrated negative voltage generator (NVG) and metal-oxide semiconductor (LVCMOS)-/low voltage transistor to transistor logic (LVTTL)- compatible controls. This RF switch requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes 2 mA of current. It is available in a 22-terminal LGA package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is ideal for use in 5G antenna tilting, wireless infrastructure, test equipment, pin diode replacement, military, and high-reliability applications.
