The HMC1084LC4 is a broadband GaAs MESFET SP4T Reflective switch that operates from 23 to 30 GHz. It has a low insertion loss of under 2.8 dB, an Isolation over 26 dB and is controlled with 0/-3V logic, exhibits fast switching speed and consumes much less DC current than pin diode based solutions. It is packaged in a compact 4 x 4 mm ceramic SMT package making it ideal for microwave radio, sensor and SATCOM applications.
