The AM6017 from Atlanta Micro is a SP4T switch that operates from DC to 26.5 GHz. The positive control device (3 to 5V control) provides a low insertion loss of under 2 dB, flat frequency response, and high isolation of more than 30 dB over the operating temperature range from -40C to +85C. It is available in a 4 mm QFN package.
