The BSW6622 from BeRex is an Absorptive SPDT Switch that operates from 5 MHz to 8 GHz. It has a switching speed of less than 220 ns and provides isolation of up to 91 dB. This switch can handle a CW input power of up to 30 dBm and has an insertion loss of less than 1.98 dB. This switch ensures high linearity with excellent performance and is designed to offer electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection in all the pins. It allows an optional DC blocking capacitor to be connected to further improve the performance. This RoHS2-compliant switch requires a DC supply from 2.7 to 5.5 V and consumes 0.21 mA of current. It is available in a surface-mount 20-lead QFN package that measures 4.0 x 4.0 x 0.9 mm and is ideal for WLAN 802.11 a/b/ac/ax, base stations, repeaters, and 3G/4G/5G wireless infrastructure applications.
