The CG2179M2 from California Eastern Laboratories is a pHEMT GaAs SPDT switch that operates from 0.05 to 3 GHz. It has a low insertion of less than 0.65 dB, high isoaltion of below 39 dB and a switching speed of 50 ns. The switch can handle an input power of up to 32 dBm. It is available in a 6-pin mini mold package that measures 2 x 1.25 x 0.9 mm and is ideal for IEEE 802.11 b/g/n and bluetooth applicatons.
