The R8N-39-2BU from GT Microwave is an SP8T Phase and Amplitude Matched Absorptive Pin Diode Switch that operates from 0.5 to 3.0 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 1.75 dB, a typical switching speed of under 100 nSec and provides isolation of more than 60 dB. This REACH and RoHS-compliant switch is amplitude matched within 0.25 dB port-to-port and phase-matched within 3.0 degrees port-to-port with a VSWR of less than 1.6:1.
