The 50S-1832 from JFW Industries is a SPDT Solid-State Reflective Switch that operates from 960 to 1300 MHz. It can handle up to 200 W of average (cold switch) and 1000 W of peak input power with a 35 microsecond pulse width. The switch has an insertion loss of less than 0.75 dB and a VSWR of under 1.3:1 while providing an isolation of more than 40 dB. It has a switching speed of less than 10 microseconds and one control line which is activated with TTL signal levels. The switch consumes 250 mA of current while operating over a DC input supply of +15 V and 40 mA of current while operating over a DC input supply of +5 V. It is available in a module with N-Type (female) or SMA-female connectors.
