The 50S-2143 from JFW Industries is an Absorptive SPDT Solid-State Switch that operates from 20 MHz to 8 GHz. This self-isolating switch can handle an input power of up to 0.4 W (26 dBm) and has an insertion loss of less than 3 dB.
