The PE42452 is an UltraCMOS SP5T switch that operates from 450 to 4000 MHz. This switch has been designed for use in 3G/4G wireless infrastructure applications. It has a five symmetric RF absorptive ports with an isolation of over 40 dB at 4 GHz. The switch can handle an IP3 of up to 57 dBm and has a fast switching speed of 265 ns. It requires a 1.8 V logic control and is available in a 24 lead 4 x 4 mm QFN package.
