The PE42546 from pSemi is an UltraCMOS SP4T Reflective switch that operates from 9 kHz to 45 GHz. It has a switching time of 60 ns, an insertion loss of less than 3.1 dB, and provides more than 39 dB of isolation. The switch uses UltraCMOS technology that enables it to deliver a high-performance alternative to the incumbent gallium arsenide (GaAs) technology. It is available in a surface-mount 20-lead LGA package that measures 3 x 3 mm and is suitable for use in test-and-measurement, 5G mm-wave, wireless backhaul & SATCOM applications.
