The P3T-9G10G-45-R-SFF from Planar Monolithics is a reflective, SP3T Switch that operates from 9 to 10 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 2.7 dB, isolation of more than 45 dB and switching speed of under 100 ns. The switch can handle an input power of over 10 W and requires a supply voltage of +5 to -15 VDC while consuming 85 mA of current. It is available in a module with SMA feamle connectors.
