The SKY13597-684LF from Skyworks is a SP4T RF Switch that operates from 0.7 to 3.8 GHz. It can handle up to 40 dBm of power, has a low insertion loss and high isolation of 23 dB at 2.7 GHz. Switching is controlled by two CMOS/TTL compatible control voltage inputs (VC1 and VC2). The SKY13597-684LF is available in a small size, 10-pin, 1.1 x 1.5 x 0.5 mm QFN package and is ideal for cellular systems, 2G/3G/4G LTE systems, pre-PA and post-PA switching applications. The switch can operate over the temperature range of -40 °C to +90 °C.
