The SR-420H-4S from UMCC is a reflective SP4T PIN-switch that operates from 0.2 to 4.2 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 39 dBm, has an insertion loss of less than 1 dB, an isolation of more than 40 dB and switching speed of below 250 ns. The switch requires a supply voltage of -12 to +5 V while consuming up to 190 mA of current. It is available in a module with SMA female connectors.
