The IQXT-274 from IDQ is a Temperature Controlled Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) that operates from 10 MHz to 40 MHz with voltage control option. It requires a supply voltage of 2.4 to 3.7 V with a maximum current consumption of only 2 mA and has a clipped sinewave output with 10 kO//10pF drive capability.
The TCXO has a phase noise of -60 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz and uses an analog IC for the oscillator and temperature compensation. It is available in a 3.2 x 2.5 x 1.1 mm hermetically sealed ceramic package and is RoHS (2011/65/EU) & REACH complaint. The oscillator is ideal for Bluetooth, GPS/GNSS, portable navigation devices, Wi-Fi and Wi-MAX/W-LAN applications.
