The RPT1490LN from Rakon is a Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator (TCXO) that operates from 10 to 50 MHz. It is designed for clock reference applications where ultra-low phase noise and low wander generation performance are crucial. This oscillator has a frequency stability of ±0.3 ppm over a temperature range of -40 to 95°C in still air and an ultra-low noise floor of -175 dBc/Hz. It has a frequency tuning of ±10 ppm, a load sensitivity of ±0.1 ppm, and long-term stability of ±4 ppm (15 years). This TCXO requires a DC supply of 3.3 V and consumes 10 mA of current. It is based on High-Q XMEMS crystal technology and has a patented "Tilt Compensation" in voltage control from 0.5 to 2.5 V.

The RPT1490LN is a QUALCOMM-qualified reference part for the 5G FSM100xx platform. It is available in a compact package that measures 14.5 x 9.5 x 6.0 mm and is ideal for clock reference applications like 5G RRUs and 5G small cells, microwave & millimeter wave systems, test & measurement equipment, and coherent optical modules.
